Primary 5 had a fantastic time celebrating World Book Day. The children took part in lots of exciting activities throughout the day.
We began by joining a live Zoom session with the National Literacy Trust. We loved the interactive quiz which was pitched by famous footballers and writers.
Many children came to school dressed as their favourite book characters, and we held a parade in the hall where everyone had the chance to show off their amazing costumes.
We also enjoyed hot-seating as our favourite characters, answering questions while staying in role.
