Well done to the Primary 6 and 7 girls who took part in the Sharon Donnelly Memorial Football Tournament today.
In the group stages, the girls faced Kilrea, Glenview and Holy Family. After winning 2 out of 4 group games, the girls ended up in a three-way tie with Holy Family and Glenview. After an intense 5 minutes, the girls unfortunately were defeated by Holy Family, who also beat Glenview to progress to the semi-finals.
The girls battled hard, but unfortunately it wasn’t our day. Thank you to all the parents who came to support us today, and for the delicious lollies ☀️
