Today, our Primary 5 and 6 pupils took part in an exciting Health and Fitness Workshop led by the Dairy Council. The session was both educational and interactive, helping the children learn about maintaining a healthy, balanced lifestyle and understanding the importance of including some dairy foods in their diet. Everyone enjoyed joining in with the fun games and songs, all reinforcing the key message of healthy eating and regular exercise.
