P4 and P5 boys and girls were learning how to be Playground Buddies today. Mrs Mc Crum was teaching them some of the games she used to play at school like Cat and Mouse and Noughts and Crosses. Our playgrounds have games like Hopscotch and Snakes and Ladders and Mrs Mc Crum reminded the buddies to use these playground markings.Our playground buddies know to look out for children who seem lonely. Our buddies will lead games and chat to the younger children and make sure they feel happy and safe in our busy playgrounds.
