Primary 5 had an exciting virtual visit today with the Ulster Museum, through the ‘Museum on the Move’ programme.
We have been learning all about Ancient Egypt during our World Around Us lessons, so we were very excited when the special case of artefacts was delivered to the school!
During our lesson, we discovered how the Ancient Egyptians prepared for mummification. We had the opportunity to handle replica artefacts used in Ancient Egypt and smell the scents used at this time. We can’t wait for our next visit!
