Chairperson of Magherafelt and District Motorclub, Patricia Laverty presented safety signage, hi-vis vests, tape, posts and arrows to Mrs O Kane today. Magherafelt Motor Club are renowned for their charitable works and their support of local community organisations. Mrs Laverty, said that the Club were anxious to help schools and charities at this difficult time. She added currently there are very few motorsports events taking place so Club members were keen to be involved in supporting those in need. She asked that any organisation seeking resources or equipment at this time to help meet Covid 19 safety requirements, are to contact MADMC via Facebook. She wished the school a safe reopening for pupils on Monday.
Thanks to MADMC - all this equipment will make the outside of our school safer for everyone.
