Well done to both the boys' football and girls' camogie teams who both reached their finals on Friday 17th October in Glen.
In the group stages the boys faced tough challenges from the hosts Glenview, Greenlough, Dernaflaw, Anahorish and Swatragh. The team had to be clinical as games were 5 minutes long which meant there wasn't much margin for error.
The boys topped the group then faced Tirkane in the quarter final, Dernaflaw in the semi final and eventually Kilrea in the final.
A strong performance was put in during the final, but unfortunately we ran out of time and were beaten by 2 points. Well done to Kilrea and a what a super day of football. It was a great start to the year by getting two teams to the final in their first run out this year!
