The organisers would like to get an idea of how many Primary 4 families plan to attend the club after Holy Communion, and if they would be willing to contribute towards the cost.
Could P4 parents complete this form to to help with planning?
Volunteers are already in place to serve refreshments etc. so no additional help is required.
