St Brigid's Primary School, Moyagall

Welcome back!

25th Aug 2020

Wow! We were all worried about how today would go, with our new Covid regulations, but our brilliant pupils coped really well with all the separate pathways and entrances. Storm Francis made it difficult this morning and staff did get soaked; but the adults are now experts on which brand of waterproof coats are actually Irish rain proof!

None. ☔️☔️☔️

Tomorrow Mr Doherty is looking forward to meeting the Primary 5 children, who will be kept very busy in the next 16 days preparing for First Communion. Good luck P5 - you can do it!

Mrs Vallelly and Mrs McCrum look forward to meeting the Primary 2 pupils - they are so excited to see all the boys and girls who had their first year of schooling cut short by lockdown. Early night P2 you have so many exciting things to do tomorrow..... ✏️📚🧸🎈

Mrs Mitchell and Mrs Mc Crum are looking forward to seeing their P1’s again tomorrow. They have told everyone in St Brigid’s about how great the children are at tidying up and putting things back in the correct place! We don’t know if our pupils are good at tidying up at home but in school they are superstars 🌟🌟🌟

Mrs Mc Crum, Mrs Mitchell, Amanda and Louise also welcome Gustavo, Eirinn, Anna, Ronan, James, Sea, Fionn, Danny, Emily and Callum. See you in the morning for your first day in big school. 📚✏️🖍🖌📝

Hopefully it will be dry in the morning at drop-off time.  Please follow the instructions and stay socially distanced - together we are keeping Lavey, its citizens and children safe. 🧡🖤🧡🖤
